Pilates Lates

I am a die hard coffee drinker. I LOVE the taste, I love the feeling of sitting on my couch in the morning hugging my mug to my chest and putting my feet up. I love a dark roast with a dash of oat milk, cinnamon, a dash of prebiotic powder and some random tonic powders I got as a gift. I love the ritual. Mornings are my favorite part of the day, when I have the time to go through an entire routine without the rush. I started making lates for the mid afternoon snack, instead of going crazy on the pint of ice cream that stares at me when I open the freezer. . Here is my lates recipe that I’ve been doing!

  • coffee

  • cinnamon

  • Collagen powder

  • Frothed BANANA MILK (you can buy this at Whole Foods)

  • Two teaspoons of Inulin- a prebiotic powder

  • a dash of vanilla extract

  • a dash of monk fruit liquid using the dropper

  • a teaspoon of cacao

    If you love your ritual in the morning, it’s something sweet and comforting to look forward at that 3pm, bored time!
